How long will it take to receive my order? It is our service policy to ship orders the same day we receive them, providing the order is placed by 5:00 pm (Pacific Time - Monday thru Friday). Most orders are shipped by UPS ground complete within 24 hours (M-F). If, by chance, an item is backordered, it will be shipped to you immediately upon our receipt. View the Time in Transit UPS Map.

What are your business hours? Our Customer service staff is available to help you with your order or technical questions from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (Pacific Time - Monday thru Friday). You may also email us at [email protected].

How do I purchase prescription items (Rx) from Life-Assist? We only sell and ship to licensed facilities or agencies where prescription devices or drugs are dispensed under the authority of the prescribing physician. If items on your order require a prescription, and your facility or agency has not previously submitted an authorization, it can be downloaded here.

Do you charge shipping? Standard shipping is FREE within the contiguous U.S. on orders over $100! We have no hidden or additional handling, processing or insurance charges. If you are located Alaska or Hawaii, and your order is over $100.00, the amount of actual shipping charges FOB point of origin will be added to your invoice. Orders under $100.00 will be charged a $10.50 shipping and handling fee.

If rush delivery is requested the cost of freight will be added to your invoice.

Do you have a minimum order? Our minimum order is $30.00.

Will I be charged sales tax? Sales tax will be charged in the following states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, NE, NM, OK, TX, WA and WI.

How can I obtain a Life-Assist catalog? Life-Assist catalogs are free to organizations or individuals currently active in providing emergency medical services. We cannot fill catalog requests received from outside of the United States. You can request a catalog online, phone us at (800) 824-6016 or email [email protected].

How do I establish an account with Life-Assist? If you are a municipality, fire or police department, government agency or related you may purchase on terms of Net 30 days by creating an online user account here or by faxing or mailing your first order on agency letterhead.

If you are a private ambulance service, hospital, or a for-profit business, you may apply for Net 30 day terms by submitting a completed Life-Assist Credit Application Form. Please allow two (2) weeks for processing.

If you are purchasing products for resale, we only accept MasterCard or Visa as payment. Rx items are not available for resale.

Which credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard and Purchasing Cards.

Warranties and Liability Limits? Warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturer. Life-Assist, Inc. gives no express or implied warranties on any items shown in its catalog, price list, or otherwise offered for sale and shall not be responsible for the proper use and servicing of goods purchased nor does the company give any express or implied warranty that goods purchased are merchantable or fit for a particular purpose. Life-Assist, Inc. shall not be liable for special or consequential damage or injury to person or property which results from the use of these products. All products sold by Life-Assist, Inc. are intended for use by trained emergency medical personnel.
